• No, you have to power it on/off at the speaker. However, the speaker will shut off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.

• No, this speaker does not allow you to power it on or off without pressing the power button on the unit. However, it will shut off after a time delay if sitting idle and there is no bluetooth connection.

• The speaker does require being turned on manually from the power button on top of the speaker.
