• No. You can pair multiple. It will only work with one at that point of time. It will be distracting for you if you play from 2 different devices. However, it will automatically connect to your ipad/or any device once the iphone/any device is unpaired.

• No, only one. You have to disconnect the one device or turn off its Bluetooth setting and then connect the other.
