Hey Drezzy. Thank you for your question! When using the SoundSport wireless charging case to charge your headphones, the case may be open or zippered close. The SoundSport headphones can be charged in the case using the built-in micro USB cable. Allow up to 2 hours for the headphones to fully charge. Once the headphones are fully charged, the battery indicator light will turn green.
