For me fairly well. I may be the wrong person to ask because so far I have not moved around a lot. But I still feel they are snug and would be ok say when jogging.

I use mine at work and when I workout. I have not had any issues with them falling or slipping out of my ears. Bose also provides you with different sized ear inserts in the box. Hope this helps!

They work very well they hold in tight. You have different buds to fit them right. I run trails. No peoblem problem yet
