I have used them continuously for about 4 hr, and the earbuds themself advice you when they need to be recharged

These have 5 hours of continuous use before they need to be charged and the charging case allows for them be fully recharged from 0% twice before the charging case has to recharged. That's about 15 hours of use but will vary because when they're not in use they are housed in the case. I use mine daily for working out, every day phone calls and streaming. On average i will need recharge the case about 3-4 days of use. Allow up to two hours to fully charge the case.

Normally around 4-5 hours but mostly depends on what you are listening to, what's the quality of the song streaming etc.
