A:AnswerWhen the headphones are paired to my smart phone the sound quality is excellent. I had a small problem where the left earphone would drop in and out, however, I think that's because I had to keep redoing the pairing. This was not due to any issues with my phone but an issue I'm having being able to listen to media on my Windows 10 Surface Pro 4. I'm currently working with Microsoft to resolve, but as far as working with my phone, I love them and they sound great.
A:AnswerWith these earbuds, the right one is the only one that works when you are on a phone call. However, when listening to music and other things, they both work. That having been said, you don't HAVE to use them both. You can use just the right one.
With that, if you're using them for a phone call, the left one will not work while the right one is charging since the phone audio only comes out of the right.
Lastly, I've never used the ME audio product, so I don't know if it will work with these.
A:AnswerNo, right only during phone calls. Very annoying in my opinion, returned these and got Air Pods, and even with Samsung device prefer those. Sound great and voice in both earbuds. Hopefully Bose addresses this in future releases.
A:AnswerFrom those who have talked with me while using these buds, they said that the ambient noise the mic was picking up was pretty high. I don't know how to mute the mic at all while on the phone, except by muting using the phone.
