• Yes, they stay put. I was skeptical at first because the way these buds are designed, they're not supposed to be pushed into your ear. Rather you use the plastic wings to wrap unto the ridges of your outer ear so the buds sit sort of outside the ear canal. You think they'll fall out but they stay put quite well (ran for more than 30 minutes on a treadmill with no problems).

• Yes, I think that these are the best fitting buds I have ever used. With moderate activity over 1 hour I don't remember having to re-adjust at all.
