• Plenty long if you are holding your phone in you pocket of your shorts or pants. It has a clip so you can keep the cord out of the way during your workout. Also there are buttons for volume and play and pause right on the cord. I use an armband so I left the small twist ties on to keep the cord short.

• Hello Trisha, the cord on the Bose SoundSport headphones is approximately 32" from the headphone plug to the y-joint and then 8" from the y-joint to the ear bud itself, so about 40" in total length. Have a great day and enjoy the headphones!

• Not sure on the exact length, but when plugged into the treadmill I am able to stand about halfway towards the opposite end of the treadmill and they stay plugged in.
