“Since these work with the iPhone, do you need to have bluetooth on? I am worried about draining my battery using bluetooth. If these work without having to turn bluetooth on, I will buy them. Thanks for any help!”

Since these are wired headphones, you can leave the Bluetooth function on your phone off.

It seems to quit if I use if for extra long workouts (like hot/humid hours long walks) and it gets sweaty, but I just let it rest and it works again just fine.
