• these did come out before the 6 so you might want a newer model of earbuds that came out after the iPhone 7

• Use adapter that came with I-phone 7. Plugs into the 3.5 mm female port on the adapter. Works well with adapter.

• You have to get the adapter. Only Apple makes headphones compatible with the newer iPhones.
