I just bought the bose soundsport wireless headphones but only hear music in the right ear. Is there a way to get the left working or did I buy a broken device? null

You most likely bought a broken device. If the device was found like this before connecting to Bluetooth before ever being used it's probably broken, it's not common to have one side not work and then fix it.

 Yes most likely but make sure its charged to fully if its still not working i suggest for you to take them back and exchange them for other ones.

You either have a bad set, or else there is something wrong with your source. Check to be sure you're sending a signal to both right and left channel. If that's not the issue, then return them to the store and get a replacement. Best Buy's return policy is EXCELLENT!

I think you may have got a faulty product. Mine worked fine in both ears right from the start.

If you bought insurance it will be immediately replaced otherwise it has be under 2 weeks to give the product back.
If not bose will repair it for a reasonable price

Sounds broken to me. Unless there is a mono/ stereo setting on the device your connecting to.
