• You can the volume via the included remote control. If you download the Bose Soundtouch app for either your computer, smartphone or tablet, you can also control the volume along with the bass. The bass setting is under the 'settings' menu.

• Yes. Volume can be controlled from both the speaker or the app. But I can see u can only control the bass from the app. Let me know if u find any other way :)

• YEA YOU CAN CONTROL THE BASS YOU YUST HAVE TO CONNECT UR SMART PHONE WITH YOUR BOSE THEN SETTINGS,SYSTEMS SETTINGS,THEN CLICK YOUR BOSE, THEN YOU SEE BASS ADJUSTMENT
