Yes, they have replaceable tips that you can get. They come with 3 different sizes (SM, M, LG), and you can purchase additional ear buds online.

I don't know if they sell replacement tips, but they do come with small, medium and large tips, so you could probably do something with those.

They only come with one size but you can write the company supposedly to get different sizes. I have not personally tried it though.
