• A:Answer Hi Tony, the Bose Sub2 Powered Bass Module cannot be paired with the Bose SoundLink Max Portable Speaker. The SoundLink Max uses a Bluetooth connection, while the Sub2 Powered Bass Module requires connection to a professional system or mixer using 1/4" (6.4 mm) or XLR outputs.
