A:AnswerHello, thanks for taking the time to ask a question regarding the Surround speakers!
We can confirm that these speakers are intended to be plugged into the receiver boxes, which is in turn plugged into a power outlet, as these speakers do not hold a charge.
We hope this answers the question!
A:AnswerIm almost positive you cant, but for what your trying to spend, your better off getting a true surround sound system, and probably save a few bucks doing so. Then you'll have the ability to and any components you want, with no issue at all
A:AnswerHi Chap, Thank you for your question. You cannot use these speakers as stand alone. They were designed to be used with our Smart home and SoundTouch 300 SoundBars and will only connect to them.
A:AnswerHi! Thank you for your question. The Surround speakers are controlled together using a volume slider which you can find in the Bose Music App. You will have to connect your soundbar to the app, and then add the surround speakers as accessory speakers. This slider is labelled 'Surround Level' - and this will control the volume that the surround speakers output.
A:AnswerHello Justin,
Thanks for the question. The speaker wire and interconnect cables included with this system are not approved for in-wall installation. Please check your local building codes for the correct type of wire and cable required for in-wall installation.
Thanks again,

A:AnswerThank you for your question, Monkey12. The Bose Surround Speakers are compatible with the SoundTouch 300 soundbar, Bose Soundbar 500, and Bose Soundbar 700. They are not designed to pair with a CineMate home theater system. Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerI would start by powering off everything and starting from scratch with the sound bar first and then the subwoofer and finally the surround speakers. Follow the set up guide
