Can these be used if you wear hearing aids null

My mother in law tried them out with hearing aids and she loved them!

We can't promise that they will work when wearing earbud aids. The earbuds direct sound into the ear directly, and clip around the back of the ear. Check whether your hearing air would allow for the earbuds to be fitted when worn, and whether the hearing aid will pick up the audio from the earbuds.

Sorry, but no they cannot be used as hearing aids. They are only used on your phone as wireless headphones.
