my device is not pairing with my phone. Suggestions? null

Check your phone specs. to see if it does indeed work with your mfg. and model. I have a MOTO G 7 Power (2019) which does not have the capability to fire a camera remotely through Bluetooth functions. This remote definitely does not work with that phone.
