Is there stands or something to stanilize on rugs? null

Yes, we set ours up on carpet and there are sharp pegs. It has different feet to install for wood floors

Each speaker comes with rubber feet or cleats that will hold the speaker upright. I have the speakers on hardwood floors and I'm using the four rubber feet per speaker. They don't wobble at all and you would have to really push them to tip them over.

Yes, each speaker comes with spikes for rug and a wood platform for a bare floor.
