A:AnswerYes. This treadmill is heavy. However, we did not find it unmanageable. I was able to assemble it and put into place with minimal assistance from my wife. Honestly, putting it together was much easier than expected.
On the plus side, this treadmill is also very sturdy. I am not sure what your fitness level is but, if you have had other treadmills, you know how important stability is - because having something slip or move while you are running is dangerous. My wife is a fitness athlete so we do a lot of "extreme" workouts (heavy inclines, sprints, etc...). So far, this has been solid as a rock.
Hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes, I had them set it up and everything was ready to go. I purchased an equipment mat at BB in advance so they could install it on the mat. I would recommend the same so the treadmill is not directly on wood floor or carpet.

A:AnswerWhere I live, I had the option to pay for a haul away of my old treadmill and pay for the installation of this new one.
This new Bowflex is over 500lbs for all parts and 300 lbs just for the base treadmill. I highly recommend paying for the installation of the new one.
A:AnswerHi, The manufacturer warranty for the BXT216 is 15 years frame/motor, 5 years parts and 2 years labor. Please contact your local Best Buy for assembly assistance. – The Nautilus Team
A:AnswerI do not know about Bowflex directly but Best Buy's Geek Squad has a service in my area that will deliver, assemble and haul off the packaging (which is quite large).
