“I purchased in store three days ago and have been using it correctly per instructions. Just yesterday when I tried to go use it the arms would not open up. I have checked all power outlets, tried different cords, but it still lights up blue. What do I do?”

If the blue light comes on than the product is powered and should work correctly. When you push either of the 2 button below the expandable arms, what happens? Did you also expand the feet at the bottom of the cradle that holds the phone? At any point were the automatically expanding arms manually squeezed shut to the closed position, possible misaligning the internal gears? Feel free to contact us at cs@bracketron.com.
