Hi Jenn, thanks for your feedback on the PwrUp Qi Automatic mount. I'm sorry you had some trouble with the arms on the mount. The arms have a sensing technology that will automatically clamp the arms onto your device. There are no buttons required, just rest your device into the mount and they close automatically.
