- Answer Hi, at the top of the blender there is a speed regulating turn dial. This dial allows you to select from 21 different speeds during operation by conveniently turning the speed regulator. Thank you.

QuestionHi. I received this set as a gift. The first time I used the mini-processor attachment, the plastic gears shredded, dropping plastic shards into the container and obliterating the gears. Do I have any recourse to get a new unit? Who do I contact?
