“Does this machine have a cold brew option? I’m reading different answers on the web. Some are saying the newest model does have the technology? It’s a holiday weekend and I can’t get Breville on the phone until Tuesday. Thanks Nick”

I bought this model a couple of weeks ago and it did NOT have the cold extraction feature. Breville customer service said the only way to guarantee the machine you get has been updated is to buy from their site.
