Does this machine have a cold brew option? I’m reading different answers on the web. Some are saying the newest model does have the technology? It’s a holiday weekend and I can’t get Breville on the phone until Tuesday. Thanks Nick null

I just got the black truffle one and even shows cold drinks on the box and I do not have the cold drinks… kind of frustrating since Breville probably won’t do anything about it even if it’s registered with them. They are just going to say “sorry, should’ve bought it from us directly”

I bought this model a couple of weeks ago and it did NOT have the cold extraction feature. Breville customer service said the only way to guarantee the machine you get has been updated is to buy from their site.

Both the BES995 Oracle Dual Boiler and BES881 Barista Touch Impress have cold brew options.
