I don’t understand, first you say I can cook anything that you can cook in a oven, then you say I can’t put a TV dinner or other frozen food in the plastic tray that they all come in that goes in the oven I am in school and don’t want to use a microwave null

Hello. You can cook almost anything in the Smart Oven Air Fryer that you would cook in a regular oven. However, for TV dinners, please refer to the instructions on the packaging. Most will tell you if you can put the TV dinner in a toaster oven or not. I hope that provides you with some guidance.

I usually transfer the frozen food out of its questionable container into a metal container to cook.  Easy to do.
