“I have a small kitchen so would need to move oven to plug in when I want to use it, Can this sit on top of my cook top on my stove or will it damage my heating elements? Stove would not be in use when using the toaster oven,”

It is very easy to plug in, use and put away. The plug actually has a unique pull hole that makes it very use to pull out of the wall plug. I've never seen this great innovation before. And the plug itself is of high quality. The oven is a bit heavy to move around, but this does not deter me. I keep it in a closet and pull it out each morning when I want to use it. Not sure how heavy is too heavy to damage your cook top. Look at the weigh specs on this in the description and make your own choice on that.

Also, moving the oven should be carefully done as the elements are quartz and any damage, a nick or crack, can cause oven function issues.
