• I’ve found that with all air fryers, a light spray of your preferred cooking oil is all that is needed. That is the same with this oven which works great as an air fryer.

• Air frying is basically high velocity convection baking, giving you a crisp surface without the oil. You can, if you want, brush the food with oil, but most people who are air frying are trying to avoid the oil (and calories!).

• I don't think that air fryers are meant to use oil at all. It is supposed be a healthier way of eating foods.
