• If they used the appliance inappropriately then it is possible that the contents would burn. The racks are adjustable to 3 levels/heights so if the user placed the rack on the top level and exposed the food directly under the heat rods then it would burn. The temperature can reach 450 degrees so... Glass on the door is still glass. I am sure it can break if you smash it with a pan handle or a rolling pin. Just treat it nicely and it won’t break.
