• This cleaning tool is located underneath the reservoir in the back of the unit. check out youtube videos to actually see steps on how to clean and maintain unit, very helpful, because the manufacturers instructions are not

• Look under where the water reservoir sits - it’s hidden there. Lift up and away the water reservoir and look under there.
