• No. It’s whats available on the kettle. You can play around with the temp settings a little.

• yes, the base has individual buttons for different temperature settings. 175, 185, 195, 200, 212F degree.

• Yes, it has temp settings of 140, 180, 190 (default) and 208. Temps cannot be set manually. Has a 6 hr timer that lets it "sleep" for 6 hrs and then heats up the water to the default temp.
