• The interior of the Breville® Smart Ovens® is a PFOA free proprietary non-stick coating. The BOV900 Smart Oven® Air is larger and has the additional programming and functions for PROOF and DEHYDRATE.

• I called up Breville. Although the Best Buy site says that the 860 does not have a non-stick interior, Breville said that it does.

• If you are talking about the oven shown, the spec’s say there isn’t any non-stick interior
