A:AnswerThere is no reset for the BOV860. Please try the old tried and true unplugging and plugging into another circuit (not just another outlet on the same circuit). To ensure it's another circuit, you may need to move it to another room. This is just for this test, and not meant as a permanent move. This can reset them.

A:AnswerI read in a previous post from last year that Breville products in general are not PTFE free, but none of their ovens heat to 600 degrees where the PTFE could start to break down. I think that point is about 620 degrees. I bought the oven and aside from that one concern, it is incredible from a cooking perspective.
