• You can definitely bake a potato. I have not cooked chicken in it, but I think you could as long as it’s an amount for no more than one or two people. As for ribs, no idea. We are very happy with ours!

• we have successfully cooked a small pizza but we have not tried anything larger. It's in a break room at a business so its use is moderate and infrequent. The convection heat works well and it appears that baking something such as a small chicken or turkey could easily be done. I think a baked potato might be better microwaved.
