Short answer - no. Stainless steel racks. Enamel coated pan and sidewalks. Easy clean surfaces. So far have not found a problem cleaning. Recommend coating pan with cooking spray prior to use. Easy cleanup afterwards.

Yes, there is some form of PFOA on the interior walls of the oven.

Breville says their non stick interior coating does contain PTFE but does not contain PFOA.
