• Yes, more then one layer of cookies could be baked in the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro. However temperature and time adjustments would need to be made to accommodate the extra tray of items.

• This would be possible with an extra tray (ONLY one is supplied with the oven), but it would not be advisable as both trays would be too close to the heating elements.
