• Useing for wings temp 400 for 30 minutes lots of smoke what am I doing wrong

• Not particularly at all, certainly not as much as the traditional home oven can. Be sure to avoid food contacting the heating elements and to use a tray to avoid spills which may result in smoking from food contacting the hot quartz elements and you should not have any issue.

• Just LOVE my Breville Smart Oven! I've used the WARM, REHEAT, TOAST, BAGEL, DEFROST, BAKE and BROIL features and, to date, there have been no smoke issues, I have NOT; however, broiled chicken, fish or meat. I highly recommend this product.
