In regards to the crumb tray.
Breville does not suggest using foil in the oven.
Question is:
1) can you use aluminum foil on the crumb tray?

This is exactly what I would like for my Breville Crumb Tray. Something disposable. Does Breville or somebody have a product like this?

I use aluminum foil on the tray and also to cover my food if it's called for. I use the oven just like I'd use my main oven and haven't had a problem. This is the 2nd oven I've had. They last forever and cook as well as the first day.

The reason for the recommendation of no aluminum foil is that could come in contact with the sides, causing scratches or with the elements which can cause serious damage.
