• I've baked bread and actually bought this for my restaurant for doing test pies so I didn't have to keep using our big commercial oven. Other than the height it works great. If your doing a high rising bread I wouldn't advise it.

• Yes. I baked banana bread in this oven and it turned out great. Just adjust your time. I shortened the time by 6 minutes. Hope this helps.

• I've baked biscuits in this oven. The results have been excellent. The biscuit recipe called for a 475 degree oven. The Breville highest temp. is 450 degree - not a problem

• Yes, Comes out perfect. You just have to keep an eye on it so u don’t burn the top
