A:AnswerIt is not recommended that the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air be placed on a bakers rack. The surface should be smooth and flat for proper stability. So long as the microwave cart is stable and has ample room for the oven plus the recommended open space on all sides it will be fine.
