• There are several pans included with the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro. The baking pan and broiling pan are enamel coated. The pizza pan has a proprietary PFOA-free non-stick coating. The crumb tray is stainless steel. The bottom layer of the oven, beneath where the crumb tray rests, is steel.
