“Can you simulate air frying by using the convection feature and an open wire basket?”

• We use this for air frying with the supplied mesh basket. We find that the SuperConvection setting works best.

• When the Air Fry function is engaged on the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air or the BOV860 Smart Oven® Air Fryer, there is a super convection that increased the air flow. The BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro does not have that feature
