• It doesn't have an exclusive defrost only function. What it does have is a setting for frozen items that automatically adds time to cook a frozen food. This is not a microwave oven. It cooks like a traditional element heated convection oven.

• Yes to both questions. The BOV900 Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro does have both a defrost and reheat function.
