• It comes with the Allen wrench you need. The partial setup us for the balance bar.

• It's a little heavy for one person to set up, but no tools needed. The tool is there with the kit.

• Not much set up, just the bar really. Cam with whats needed. How ever dont let the (portable/under desk) as its not. You have to take apart each time to store against a wall or under a desk
