Documents can not be used in the ADS-2700W that's curled, wrinkled, folded, ripped, stapled, paper-clipped, pasted, or taped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on how you feed it in. The leading edge has to be very flat. I fed through greeting cards without any problem. You do have to be careful with thin paper. The fold has to be so that the scanner does not catch any edges.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This machine handles documents with folds & creases beautifully!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no difficulty scanning documents with folds or creases. It is also relatively kind if an accidental staple occasionally makes it through. I don't recommend that, however. The machine is a virtual workhorse. The only problem is getting through to Brother to order replacement parts as needed. Brother is definitely NOT "at your side" on that situation, at least not for the last two nights. I sent detailed messages to Brother about the problem last night. The same problem is there tonight and there is no way to contact Brother except between 9 am and 6 pm! Not good if one is working on a late night project.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does well, more than my other scanner at work which is a Xerox. This one is easy to use and doesn't jam.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had some pages with golds and or creases. A lot of my documents are legal size and it’s common to get some damage to documents but I have had no trouble and also no trouble with it pulling in more than one document at a time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It scans documents with folds or creases, but they will show in the final scan.
