“We are looking to scan old photos and old newspaper articles, certificates, etc. As you scan a photo in one at a time, is there a place or field to identify the content (names, dates, location, etc.) of what each photo contains? Like a sub-title info.”

The Brother ADS-2700W desktop scanner can save a file to a location, and the file can be named and identified. The date the document was created, as well as the location where it was saved can be seen in the properties of the file by right-clicking and accessing the properties window of the document. The software cannot organize or “tag” photos using other data fields.
