Why is Brother hiding the fact that it costs $12.99 a month to use our own designs? Free designs are very low quality and childlike. If not for Artspira this machine would be useless it seems.I don’t think it’s right to tie the use to internet and ptp null

We appreciate the feedback and comments. The comparison chart clearly shares the feature/benefit of Artspira and Artspira+ including the pricing and types of files you can import . Since the Skitch is Bluetooth, you do not need to have an internet connection to use the machine with Artspira.
