I have purchased this movie from target, amazon and thus far the quality of the movie has been poor. Afraid to purchase from Best Buy. The other movies either were way to dark and or no picture just sound etc. what was the quality of your buy? null

I have never had a problem with discs I purchase from Best Buy, especially in terms of picture quality. ** I did have a bad 4k Aquaman disc once, but I exchanged it hassle-free and the new disc worked perfectly.

Ive purchased the majority of my movies from bestbuy and ive never had any issues with the quality of the movie...i would definitely recommend buying movies from bestbuy

I have not had this problem. I would say it is probably your settings on your player. Try adjusting your settings!

My discs from Best Buy work great. I have never purchased a movie (DVD or BluRay) and experienced what you are talking about. It's pretty hard to mess up a movie disc. My guess is that it's either your DVD player, your TV, or perhaps the cables between them. I had some quality issues once and it was because of a bad HDMI cable between my DVD player and TV. Have you tried playing the movie with a different DVD player or TV? Try swapping out your cables, or at least check that they are plugged in all the way and making a good connection.

I really never had any trouble with this film..It always looked great and sound great..Never had any playback issues..I have had trouble before with other films..You may have a bad disc..I have had my share of them..Hope this helps..Also do you watch it on Xbox one or Ps4...that could be the problem

Sorry to hear this. I purchased this film as a gift for someone and it seems to come in great on their 4K TV and 4K blu-ray player. If available, I would recommend running the film on another TV or blu-ray player to see if you're experiencing the same issues.

Quality was really good. We have a really nice player and a really nice 65 inch TV. I did not have to use the surround sound system. Try adjusting the lighting conditions of where you watch it. Some TV have auto adjust settings that sometimes does not work to your preferences.

It also depends on what hdmi cable you have i had a 21gbps monster cable and it wasn't doing great so i bought a 48.0 gbps monster hdmi cable and now it's way better to watch movies it makes it so lifelike on the TV.. Hope this helps..
