Will this allow me to pause and rewind live TV? null

Control Center is intended to control up to 4 of your HDMI source devices (like DirecTV, Roku, BluRay Player, Xbox One, etc) as well as your TV and Soundbar/AVR. So, if the device you are using to watch live TV can pause and rewind, then control center can typically control that device to do so as well. For example, if you watch live TV on your DirecTV STB, then control center can tell you DirecTV STB to pause and rewind the show. There is a lot of good information on the caavo.com website under "works with" that give you much more information about the types of devices and apps that control center supports.
