Hey there - that’s a great question! Water temperature ranges between 120°F-150°F depending on the cycle selected. For the highest temperature rinse, select the “Sanitize” option which is certified to reduce 99.999% of bacteria on dishes. Sanitation is achieved using a high-temperature rinse that is designed to meet NSF 184 Residential standards. To meet NSF Residential (National Sanitation Foundation) requirements, the dishwasher will run until the water temperature inside the dishwasher reaches approximately 150 degrees Fahrenheit. To learn more, search for the article titled “Dishwasher - Sanitization Cycle” on our GE Appliances website in the “Support” section. We hope this helps in your decision making and please feel free to reach out anytime if you have additional questions. Have a wonderful day! Lauren@Café
