Hello- We appreciate your interest and are happy to help! The Convertible Zone control panel is in the top of the lower right hand door. Select the desired temperature for the compartment. Freezer 0, Refrigerator 37 degrees or Chiller at 42 degrees. The temperature setting is locked by default. The button must be pressed for 3 seconds to unlock it. The Warmer (+) and Cooler (-) buttons can be used to adjust the temperature of each setting. If you have any additional questions in the future, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@Cafe
